What is BlueHyppo Club?
BlueHyppo Club is a membership programme packed with benefits and privileges from TM Group (known as Telekom Malaysia Berhad) including discounts and offerings from thousands of participating merchants.

KLDC is a nationwide privilege and discount programme where BlueHyppo Club members can enjoy a wealth of benefits, discounts and privileges from participating merchants.

Is this a membership programme? If yes, what is my membership period?
Yes, this is a membership programme. The membership duration is one year.

Is there a membership fee?
Yes, there is a yearly membership fee. The membership fee for BlueHyppo Club Consumer Package is RM 48.00 and RM 380.00 for BlueHyppo Club Corporate package.

When will my membership be activated?
Your membership as a BlueHyppo Club member will be activated immediately upon our receipt of your membership fee.

Whom should I make the payment to?
The payment should be made to the authorized distributors or their appointed agents.

How do I pay? Cash or cheque?
The payment can be made both by cash or cheque. Payment by cheque should be made to the authorized distributors or their appointed agents.

a) BlueHyppo Club Consumer package privileges are as follows:

  1. Privileges from TM Net Sdn Bhd which include but are not limited to discounts on tmnet prepaid, discounts on tmnet hotspot and waiver on tmnet streamyx’s installations.
  2. Privileges from Kuala Lumpur Digital Club Programme (formerly known as STEPS) which include but are not limited to discounts and privileges from participating merchants.
  3. Privileges from Menara Kuala Lumpur Sdn Bhd which include but are not limited to discounts on ticket, food and beverages.
  4. Discounts on selective BlueHyppo Media purchase from selective Distributors.
  5. Email account from www.bluehyppo.com.

b) BlueHyppo Club Corporate package privileges are as follows:

  1. privileges from TM Net Sdn Bhd which include but are not limited to discounts on tmnet prepaid, discounts on tmnet hotspot and waiver on tmnet streamyx’s installations.

Members can enjoy the discounts and privileges at business premises where the “KLDC” logos and "We Accept BlueHyppo Club"Sticker.are displayed.

How can I redeem the discounts and privileges?
Members only need to present the membership card prior to making any payment in order to enjoy benefits and privileges according to the terms and conditions.

Where can I find the list of BlueHyppo Club merchants?
Members can get the full list of participating merchants and their offerings at our merchant listing page.

How and when do I renew?
Renewal has to be made 30 days prior the membership expiry date. Renewal can be made at any authorized distributors or their appointed agents.

What happens if I lose my BlueHyppo Club membership card?
In the event that the card is lost, misplaced or stolen, you should call Customer Service at 03-8941 2551.

Is my BlueHyppo Club card transferable to my family members and friends?
The membership card is not transferable. The merchants shall have the right to refuse to honor any discount or privileges upon presentation of the card by any other person than yourself.

What happens if I lose my BlueHyppo Club membership Card?
You can get a replacement card by writing to us. You have to pay a minimum charge of RM 10 for every replacement.

What other benefits can I get by using the BlueHyppo Club card?
Besides having discounts and privileges, members can also enjoy and participate in various online activities in BlueHyppo.com portal. Moreover, there are many indoor and outdoor offline activities have been planned for BlueHyppo Club members.
